Attachments, such as bulletin inserts, must be as a PDF document limited to .5 MB (500KB) or less in size. Content should be submitted by Monday at 12:00 p.m. and at least one week in advance of the desired distribution. Please remember that parishes need announcements for their bulletins at least three weeks in advance of the date of an event, or sooner if registration is required. In this role, Paul will oversee all accounting and financial reporting for the Archdiocese, lead financial planning and analysis, and oversee day-to-day financial operations, as well as the operations of the internal savings and loan bank for parishes. With more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, Paul joins us from AbbVie, a spinoff of Abbott Laboratories, where he most recently held the position of Finance Director, Corporate Finance Shared Services following several years as Finance Director, Pharmaceutical Commercial Division. Prior to AbbVie, Paul was with Abbot Laboratories where he served in a variety of roles including Chief Financial Officer for Abbot France, Chief Financial Officer for Abbot Japan, and Controller for Abbot Diagnostics in Singapore. In his position, Paul will report to Betsy Bohlen, Chief Operating Officer, and serve as a member of the senior leadership team for the Archdiocese. In this role, Teresa will create and lead the Archdiocese’s change management practices and activities, our employee engagement strategy, on-boarding and orientation practices, and employee and leadership training and development initiatives. Additionally, Teresa will work with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition and performance management practices, tools, and training. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across a variety of industries, Teresa joins us from Horizon Pharma where she most recently held the position of Executive Director, R&D Operations and Special Projects. Prior to Horizon Pharma, Teresa served in a variety of roles including Strategy Practice Director for Point B Consulting, Vice President of Human Resources for Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (Chicago Rehabilitation Institute), and Principal at Strategy& (formerly Booz Allen). Reporting to Claudia Hoffman Mann, Chief Human Resources and Staff Development Officer, Teresa’s first day was Monday, May 14.
